A series of meetings dedicated to Forest Diving, enjoying all the benefits that the forest can offer us in terms of health and psycho-physical well-being. During the course of the day we will carry out a series of activities, in which, through a sensorial perceptive approach, we will open up to the atmosphere of the forest to achieve a greater connection with nature.
